Colleges and Universities
HIGH FIVE® National and its Authorized Providers believe in investing in the training and development of future leaders in the sport and recreation sector. It is important to help prepare students for the workforce and give them the tools and confidence to succeed. HIGH FIVE® training has the ability to help in that preparation.

Colleges/Universities are finding that employers in recreation and sport have either mandated or are looking to hire applicants who hold the PHCD certification. Some Colleges and Universities have incorporated the Principles of Healthy Child Development and QUEST 2 training into their course curriculums which allows the students to receive the PHCD or QUEST 2 certification before entering into the workforce. HIGH FIVE® provides Colleges and Universities with subsidized training rates and exemption from annual fees.

If you are involved with a College or University that is interested in HIGH FIVE® or would like to see what Colleges/Universities are involved in your province, please visit your Authorized Provider.

Secondary/High School
Secondary schools are implementing HIGH FIVE®  training for their student leaders and advanced students during Professional Development Days. Some provinces are also looking at integrating the training into specific school courses.
