Parks and Recreation Ontario (PRO) is pleased to introduce the two new and seven re-verified HIGH FIVE® Accredited Organizations. HIGH FIVE Accreditation is recognized nationally as the highest level of quality in children’s sport and recreation.

Dovercourt Recreation Association
St. Alban's Boys and Girls Club
Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club
There are now 33 Accredited Organizations that are distinguished by their focus on healthy child development in all aspects of their operation, from staff training and programming to policies and procedures.
“We congratulate these organizations for their dedication to ensuring all children have positive experiences each and every day,” says Cathy Denyer, CEO of Parks and Recreation Ontario. “They all undertook extensive staff training, and reviewed programs, policies and procedures to ensure they met the rigorous standards for HIGH FIVE Accreditation. Their dedication to healthy child development is commendable and helps ensure the well-being of their communities for years to come.”
These organizations will be honoured on March 26 at the 25th Anniversary Gala Awards Banquet, which is part of the 2020 PRO Educational Forum and Trade Show at Blue Mountain Conference Centre.
