I believe that to truly embrace the design guidelines and principles your program logic model or framework has to be built with them as the foundation.  I tell people all the time that there is a difference between knowing and making HIGH FIVE a priority within not just our programs but our overall organization.  

 

Change is challenging however the outcomes from HIGH FIVE make you look through your HIGH FIVE classes and approach everything from a child's perspective and at the end of the day that is what our main focus should be.
