Training Requests Are Now in the HIVE™

We are excited to share a major update: training requests are now submitted directly through the HIVE™.

Whether you're a returning user or exploring HIGH FIVE® learning products for the first time, you'll find this new process simple and efficient. With the retirement of training requests from the HIGH FIVE® Database, all requests moving forward will be made in one centralized space - the HIVE™.

New and improved:

Smart, Built-In Logic The request form adapts based on your selections (for example, in-person or virtual, public or private) to guide you step-by-step through the appropriate process.

Personalized Form Experience Fields and instructions adjust based on your user role, making the process easier for learners, coordinators, and Trainers alike.

Fewer Errors with Instant Validation Required fields are clearly marked, and real-time feedback helps reduce delays by catching errors before you submit.

Helpful Tips in Real Time Hints and guidance are built into the form to support accurate and confident completion.

Easy Edits and Updates Need to make a change? You can edit session details like the date and time, cancel the session, or request a new trainer.

Automatic Confirmations and Status Tracking Receive confirmation emails and monitor the progress of your request right in the HIVE™.

Clear Audit Trail Every action taken on your request is logged and visible, so you and your team can stay aligned and informed.

Space for Additional Notes You can add comments or flag accessibility needs right in the form.

What’s in the HIVE™ and What’s in the Database? The HIGH FIVE® Database will continue to host only QUEST 1 and QUEST 2 submissions. All other functions, including new learner data, training requests, HIGH FIVE® Trainer information, and access to HIGH FIVE® learning products, are now available in the HIVE™.
