HIGH FIVE® Database Sunset

The HIGH FIVE® Database is being retired as HIGH FIVE® learning has transitioned to The HIVE™.

To help ensure a smooth experience, emails will be sent in phases over several weeks to individuals with HIGH FIVE® certifications. Each email will include a designated access window to log in and download certificates. If you have not yet received your email, your access window is still to come.

When you receive your email, log in to the HIGH FIVE® Database and download and save all of your HIGH FIVE® certificates for your personal records. While HIGH FIVE® certifications do not expire, historical certificates from the Database will not appear in The HIVE™, so it is important to keep a copy for your records. If you require assistance, support information will be included in your email.

QUEST 2 Assessment submissions will continue through the HIGH FIVE® Database until further notice.
